The managing director of Ferrostaal for Industrial Services and Machinery Supply, Mark Newman said that his company seeks to enhance cooperation in oil sector with the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) of Libya
He said that after ending a visit to Benghazi where he meets with AGOCO chairman Mohamed Ben Shatwan
“The purpose of the visit was to check the workflow in the oil fields and to discuss the enhancement of the two companies’ mutual cooperation including signing new contractors,” AGOCO spokesman Omran Al-Zawi has told SADA
“Mr. Newman has confirmed to us that the presence of the German company in Libya is stable as he praised the security situation in the fields,” he added
This is the second visit of the German senior to Benghazi city during 2017. Ferrostaal provides maintenance services to the oil fields of AGOCO
