After waiting in the water for five days, the oil tanker “Gener 8 Kare” has managed today to enter Harigha oil terminal in the east of Libya near Tobruk

Due to disputes between two marine local companies, Harigha oil terminal has been closed for five days

The relationship of both Marine Rescue Co. and Ports Co. has been deteriorated recently due to financial problems. Both companies are sharing in the operating Harigha oil terminal

But the intervention by elders in Tobruk where the terminal locates has succeeded to reach a compromise between the two companies

This closure has costed the Libyan state a fine of sixty thousands USD per day

The oil tanker has loaded 1 million barrels and headed to France
